Physical properties

Hardness: The hardness of the product should fall within the specified range. Strength: The product should have sufficient strength to withstand the pressure and impact force during the grinding process, and be not prone to cracking or damage. Strength indicators are usually measured through tests such as compressive strength and flexural strength.

Wear resistance: Wear resistance is one of the key properties of grinding products. By simulating the actual grinding process, the wear amount of the product after a certain period of time or a certain number of grinding times is detected. The smaller the wear amount, the better the wear resistance of the product.

Density: The density of the product should be uniform and meet the design requirements. Both excessively high and low densities may affect the performance of the product. For example, if the density is too high, it may cause the product to be too hard and easily damage the ground surface during grinding. Chemical properties

Surface roughness: The surface roughness of the workpiece after grinding should meet the usage requirements of the product.
