Specificities：

1. 2. Compared with ordinary coated abrasives, the raw materials, manufacturing, packaging, storage and transportation environment of the precision polishing belts are more tidy and constant, with a specially developed and manufactured synthetic resin as the bonding agent, which ensures that the abrasive grains can be well bonded with the backing base, so that the quality of the belts is constant with the polishing effect, and the use of grinding fluids is permitted in order to achieve cooling and lubricating effects, such as emulsions and water. The use of spray cooling equipment is also permitted.

3. The back base of the precision polishing belt requires high precision and good strength. For shaft workpiece final precision polishing equipment, with non-slip polyester film is the most ideal material, because the ordinary coated abrasive back base is cloth or paper, cloth and paper in the role of high-intensity will show microscopic elasticity, and cloth and paper can not achieve a high degree of microscopic surface flatness, so ordinary coated abrasives can not achieve a high quality of the surface, polyester film just to make up for these defects.
